How to take Absolute Collagen

What does it taste like?

Absolute Collagen is as absolute as can be, 8gram of marine peptide collagen and very little else, therefore it has a bitter taste, whilst most people get used to this you can add to a hot or cold drink of your choice. Please see how to take below.

How should I take it?
Simply tear or twist open the sachet and pop in your mouth. If you would prefer not to take Absolute Collagen directly from the sachet you may choose to mix it with a hot or cold liquid of your choice, add to a smoothie or mix in yoghurt. Alternatively find your mojo; Louise is all for the mid-afternoon “tisane” (in warm water) with a slice of fresh lemon, great for optimising alkaline level. Margot’s mojo is served early evening, mixed in a shot glass with fresh mint and warm water, we like to call this the “marjito”. Tim takes his in yoghurt, Lisa in her tea and as for me, I’m definitely hardcore, down in one. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

When should I take it?
Absolute Collagen has been made with our busy lives in mind, so take it when suits you. Put a few sachets in your handbag and a few in your office desk, that way you will never miss a dose. Due to the high protein content in Absolute Collagen, 9 grams, some people like to take it post workout. Lets us know what works for you.

How long should I take it for?
The fact that Absolute Collagen is highly safe makes it extremely suitable for long term use. We recommend taking a 10ml sachet of Absolute Collagen daily for best results and to stimulate your body’s natural collagen production.

Because Absolute Collagen is extracted from fish, it is free of any risk of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), foot-and-mouth disease or bird virus. Absolute Collagen is free from any dairy, lactose, soy, wheat and gluten. It also contains no artificial colours or flavours. Absolute Collagen is free of fat and cholesterol. It will not affect blood cholesterol.

Can I take more than one a day?
Yes, but we recommend spreading them out throughout the day. You could take one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening.

What if I am on medication?
It is unlikely that Absolute Collagen will conflict with your medication, however we recommend that you check with your medical practitioner before consuming.
