Collagen smoothie recipes. Person holding smoothie.

While we usually get great feedback about the taste of our supplements, some of our #Absoluters prefer to mix their sachets in creative ways to make taking their daily dose even more fun.

We’re always asked what Absolute Collagen can be put into, and the answer might surprise you. You can add a sachet into hot or cold drinks, as well as swirl it in oatmeal, yoghurt or porridge. But one of our favourite ways to take Absolute Collagen is in a smoothie.

Smoothies are often high in nutrients, fibre, vitamins and you can add another perk to this healthy drink by including a sachet of collagen.

Here are some of the best collagen smoothie recipes that are made even better by adding some Absolute Collagen.

Mango Banana- Collagen Smoothie Recipes At Absolute Collagen

Mango Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mango pieces
  • 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup orange and mango juice
  • 1 sachet Absolute Collagen

This AllRecipe classic is a great one to have in a bottle when you’re on the go. Mangoes are high in fibre, as well as vitamins A and C which provide collagen. This tropical fruit is also packed with antioxidants and is great for digestion.

Bananas are a wonderful source of potassium which is good for heart health and blood pressure. They also provide energy that doesn’t include fats or cholesterol.

All you have to do for this collagen smoothie recipe is combine the ingredients and blend it until it’s nearly smooth.

Add one of our sachets for an extra boost of collagen so you’ll be feeling the benefits all day long.

Berry Breakfast Smoothie - Collagen Smoothie Recipes At Absolute Collagen

Berry Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • Roughly 3/4 cups of Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries or mix if desired
  • Add Water or Apple Juice (Optional)
  • 1 sachet Absolute Collagen
  • Finish with Runny Honey to serve

This delicious collagen smoothie recipe comes from BBC Good Food. If you’re looking for a refreshing and sweet beverage in the morning then this will be perfect.

Choose your favourite berry or include more than one if you want — you can never have too much of a good thing!

These berries come high in vitamins, fibre or potassium so you’ll be reaping the benefits. Berries also have flavonoids which help with weight-loss.

The water or apple juice can be added to make the smoothie to your preferred consistency and the honey will be a natural sweetener.

Slice the banana into a blender or food processor. Let it whir until it’s looking smooth and pour in the juice or water to get your desired consistency. Add some extra fruits when it’s done and drizzle some honey and it’s good to serve.

Don’t forget to add a sachet of Absolute Collagen and you’ve got a smoothie that is good for you on all levels.

Kale Smoothie - Collagen Smoothie Recipes At Absolute Collagen

Kale Smoothie

  • 2 Handfuls of Kale
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • Large Handful of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • Medium-Size Ginger Chunk
  • 1 tbsp of cashew nuts
  • 1 Banana (Optional)
  • 1 sachet of Absolute Collagen

If you’re more of a green juice person, then this is the collagen smoothie recipe for you.

Kale has been getting a lot of attention lately and it isn’t hard to see why. It’s incredibly good for your body. It’s one of the most highly nutritious foods on the planet and filled to the brim with antioxidants and Vitamin C. Additionally, it’s one of the best ways to get more Vitamin K which is important for bone metabolism.

Put all of these ingredients into a smoothie maker, add a large splash of water and you have a healthy drink on your hands.

Strawberry Avocado - Collagen Smoothie Recipes At Absolute Collagen

Avocado and Strawberry Smoothie

  • ½ Avocado, peeled, cut into chunks or stoned
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, halved
  • 4tsp of low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk
  • Lemon or Lime Juice to taste
  • 1 sachet of Absolute Collagen
  • Honey to taste

Here’s another yummy recipe from BBC Good Food but with slightly less emphasis on berries. It’s simple to make, has a short preparation time and is very beneficial for your health.

Avocados are incredibly nutritious, have a higher potassium level than bananas and are loaded with fibre.

Lime juice helps rejuvenate the skin, lowers blood sugar and fights infection. Lemon juice is also a great alternative as lemons are high in Vitamin C and is often promoted as being great for weight loss. Our formula is lemon-flavoured so it’ll match perfectly with this.

Simply place all ingredients into a blender and let it whizz until it’s smooth. If it’s too thick for your liking then add a little water along with your sachet.

These are just a few of our favourite collagen smoothie recipes. To turn your smoothie into a yummy collagen drink, just add a sachet of Absolute Collagen and blend.
